My complain is against Mr Raghavendra Dasaraju, Tax professional at HR Block. Locate at 204 N. Greenville Ave, Allen, Tx, 75002
Mr Dasaraju overprice my tax preparation : It has 2 parts : W2 and small business ( day care at home).
I paid $ 494,00 for tax preparation. ( He doesn't tell me the price until the end . He "explained" the reason for this price because has many fee, but he didn't tell me what fees it was) . Plus Peace of mind : $40, Refund transfer $ 39.95, Federal check fee $ 25,00, TOTAL $ 598.95
I have checked a price at others HR Block and I realize I overpaid for this service.
I feel Mr Dasaraju took advantage over me because it was my first time doing my own taxes.
I would like pay the correct price.
I have trying to talk to him again, in the same day, about this price but he tried tell me , it was very difficult tax to do. He tried explain to me he "made" for me received a refund and do not pay any penalty. I don't think so !!! Than, he said " You have not paid nothing today, this money is coming from the government , so, what is the problem ??? He was rude.
I want to know the correct price for my Tax service. Thank you

That was my first time doing my tax at HR Bock. What deception !!! $ 598,95 price !!!!
My tax had 2 part: Small business at home ( Day care) and W2.
The tax professional who did my taxes was Mr Araj Dasaraju. H R Block Allen, ( 204 Greenville ave). He didn't tell me before, how much should cost. After finished, he show me how much I should pay ( $ 598.95) and he explained that price was because had many fee to pay. I had a shock but agree to pay it.
I got home and I look prices on line for taxes services. I realize I paid too much.
I come back to talk to Mr Dasaraju about the service price. He said my tax was difficult for to do, he made for me receive refund and do not pay taxes and , to finished, he said : you didn't pay nothing today, and this money is coming from the Government, what is a problem ?? He lie to me and he was rude too. He took advantage of me.
I would like to know , how much is the right price to pay. I don't think that was correct price but I really think Mr Dasaraju tried take advantage of me. I want pay the correct fee.
I will be waiting for some respond for my complain.
