Received a e-mail informing about winning money

sir, i received a e-mail by MR.PAUL ANDERSON informing me about winning money.He wrote that MR.Nelson asked him to transfer the winning fund to me who is coordinator in BMW CAR DRAWS.sir MR.PAUL asked me to send him my informing data with a copy of my passport.Sir, i want to ask is it true or not.
