Hallmark Channel having issues with the sound and volume going off simultaneously every couple of minutes for several days. The screen just completely froze in the middle of a movie. Frozen for several minutes already. Why has this not been addressed yes? This channel is a means of relaxation on weekends for busy working people who do not want to watch all sex and violence on their time off.

Please continue with the Christmas in July, back to back movies and continuous Christmas movies. We all need more wholesome choices and shows with family values.

Lastly please give shoppers the choice to choose USPS as a shipping mode. UPS and Fed Ex leave packages on the step and I have had items stolen because of this. I went to Halmark.com to purchase DVD 's today and you cannot guarantee delivery by USPS. Goinh to a Hallmark store is inconvenience. Hence the online shopping. You lost out on a large purchase today. Found my movies on Amazon and eBay today. You will also loose many viewers if you do not rectify the issue with your channel. Just switched channels!
