I'm speaking on behalf of myself and my sister. I am 16 years old and my sister is 15, ok, you may be thinking that our points are not worth reading because we are in our youths, but please hear us out, we are big fans and love this show which is why we don't want it to get cancelled.
As big fans of this TV series we feel as though you need to spice things up to maintain good ratings. For example, DRAMA...when Brandon crashed his car they did not show all of that scene making no excitement and shock for the viewers to experience, this shows that you are editing too many scenes into the one episode causing the viewers not to experience full story lines.
Second point what happened to the character Anthony is he coming back to season 2?
Third point is with the characters Nick and Grace (Rhys and Bailiee), they are popular characters on the show and in our opinion as a viewer to this programme is why not do more scenes of they two together, people want to see teenage stories in a tv series, viewers can't get enough of it. Seeing one scene for an approx of 2mins between these two characters is not enough for viewers to understand the characters and capture the story between them, me and my sister as teenagers our self would appreciate seeing more of there story explored.
In our opinion we believe the character of Nick deserves to be in more scenes, as for young fans he is very popular and would bring a lot more viewers to watch your show which would show an significant increase to ratings.
Overall me and my sister believe you should rethink the editing, script writing and popularity in order to achieve an successful programme for the public, because just remember not just America loves the show, Britain does too and we want it to continue for as long as it can.
