No sound

Dear Sir or Madam

A few days ago I changed channels to watch the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Channel and I came across and apology stating that the channel was having some difficulties and they were working to resolve the issue. The next day the picture was back on but no sound. It's been 2 days now, the picture is perfect but no sound. Could you please tell me when this matter will be resolved?
