I have been a lifetime member since 1998 and was promised perks and got nothing but a hard time. The tools they sent was s---. I don't get to try any tools and get them free. They haven't sent a magazine now for years. Handy Man club of America is a big ripoff. They should be made to give us a refund if they aren't going to live up to what they promised. I can't believe no one has made them give up a refund to all memebers.

I joined a long time ago as a founding member. Used to get a magazine but have not seen one in over 2 years. All I've heard from them is a e-mail saying they are on Scout.com. Tried to access to no avail.

we were all told that we would get free bucket organizer and screw extractor. it should be sent without anything further from us that paid our dues. just send my stuff or refund my money. you need to do what you advertised.

Was told to go to freegift.HandymanClub.com for free bucket organizer. Went to the website and nothing there allowing for free gift. Is this thing a scam, or what?

My complaint is the same as all of the above. I paid my dues, DID get a magazine, then received a welcome to the club letter along with another bill for $24.00 for a 2 year membership. The pamphlets tell you what website to go to and register for your bucket organizer and the screw extractor set,,,,, but THAT site does not exist or else it is not very clear. I even found one that said it was not available. Will someone please reply and tell us how to get to the right website.

Payed my dues and directed to go to "freegift.handymanclub.com" to received bucket organizer for tools and there is no such website. I must have gotten ripped off my $24.00 dues for 2 years subscription! I didn't even get a magazine an they billed me for another subscription and have never honored the first one!!!
