Stopped receiving magazine
My husband had been getting, paid subscription, for many years to Handyman Magazine. In 2002 he decided to become a life member for a fee of $325.00.
Which was paid in full 09/29/02. We received the magazine for maybe 6 years. All of a sudden it stopped coming. He waited for about 6 months and I contacted costumer service.and they said there had been no contact from us in awhile so they took it upon themselves to stop magazine delivery. They restarted delivery than and about a year ago they have stopped it again. I don't know what they think Life membership means but to him it means I will contact them when he passes away. This is crazy that He has to contact them to restart delivery. Can something be done to this company so that they can't continue doing this.
