I joined a lifetime membership to Handyman in 2010. Upon joining this membership, I was supposed to receive several benefits of which did not get.
I tried contacting Handyman using the phone number that I got in the "Membership Kit". Unfortunately, this number is no longer a good number. I have not found a current phone number so I can contact them regarding this matter.
I feel that if they, Handyman, cannot fulfill their own membership agreement, I should get a full refund the the lifetime membership dues I paid. I really thought this membership was a good club to join. In fact, it really appeared to be in the beginning. For the first year or so anyway.
It is my opinion that this membership was nothing more but a scam. Their way of ripping people off, stealing their money. I upheld my end of the agreement, Handyman should too. I want my money back or them to uphold their end of their agreement that they offered when I joined their lifetime membership.
