During the new roofing project, the contractor hired by Hansons to do the job left the roofing boards exposed over night, well it rained, My weather app showed it was going to rain but he said his did not. Long story short, It rained, the boards didn't hold the water out, the ceiling got damaged and they have done nothing to fix it. was told to get estimates and send them in but was never given an email address to forward them to like i was told i would get. Will NEVER deal with them AGAIN.

Signed up for their “win a 50,000 makeover” only to be called more than once like I wanted them to come out and do an estimate. I explained to the person I ONLY wanted to sign up to be in the running. THATS IT. I had to tell her twice I am not interested in a damn estimate. Then I was called again the next day! I keep blocking the calls and am not repeating again what said. One more time and I go to the BBB to file a more formal complaint. GET OFF MY BACK HANSONS! I won’t use them now even if I got the damn sweepstakes!
