We purchased two POS systems from Harbor touch, It started off terrible and has been completely a night mare, The President of the company is a piece of garbage, They take money out of your account as they please, the equipment does not work properly and the 24/7 phone line nobody answers it. They sent out 3 tech to install and try to figure what the problem was, there conclusions was the wiring is not correct, well why didn't that conclusion come out in the beginning, but its not the wiring, because I had a professional contractor look at the wiring and he saw no problems, now that I have had enough of there problems, and spent money to up grade speed, changed the router and demanded that they release me from the contract they put the blame on someone else, from the president down, they are nothing but scam artist. All the president brags about, is that he has a Fortune 500 company, I guess I would have a Fortune 500 company if I ripped people off
