Commercial

I see that they have not changed since 1975. That's the year I had my first job, which was at Hardee's. I grew up in a small town, and jobs for teenagers were hard to come by. It was considered a perk if you worked for a national company, which had to pay the Federal minimum wage of $2.10/hour. My first day on the job, my boss pestered me to go out with him. He used to tell me "If you want to move up, you have to move down." One day he cornered me and ran his hand up my shirt. He was sweating. I ran out the back door and walked home (my mom had dropped me off at work.) I didn't tell anyone about it because I felt so much shame, and thought that people would think it was my fault. When I returned to work the next day, I was told I had been fired. I had worked there for 1 month.

To this day I associate Hardee's with that manager's fat jowls, too small shirt, and little pig eyes. I'm not surprised that they advertise with such a classless commercial. Hardee's has a culture of hate towards women, which was reflected in the manager's behavior towards me, and in the commercials they show on air.

Commercial - Terrible!!!

I am very disgusted by the commercial you have been airing on TV about the 3 way bacon burger.. I have children and so upset that this comes on in the middle of a show and we have to change the channel immediately. I am even embarrassed to watch it! I have no desire to purchase anything from Hardees again. We have one in our town but this will be the last place I go to eat. I have many friends that said, since these commercials are airing, they too are not purchasing anything again from Hardees. You have lost business because of this disgusting commercial!
