Dear Sirs,

My wife and I enjoy a Sunday burger prepared by Hardee's and we save the advertisements that arrive by mail at our home.

On Sunday, May 21, I placed a Take-Out Ordr for two 1/3 pound Baby Rib burgers. The order was placed at 12.36 pm as ToGo #4048/4435 with a charge of $9.39.

The order was delivered to me at 1:04 pm and I told the waitress and waiter this was very unusual an very tardy. They said the Manager would be notified. This note is to notifty you of the unsatisfactory delivery service.

I hope this does not happen again, but if it does we will find another burger supplier.
