I started working at Hardees as of the w0th of July. I was told I would get my 1st pay check on the 2nd of August. I went there to my work yesterday and today and was rudely told that checks havent came in yet. Now Im hearing we get paid on a card which if thats the case they should have ordered when I started. Can I refuse to work until paid for the work i have already done? And on top of it i was supposed to be off til Saturday because Im getting married and was again, told rudely, I have to work at 5am tomorrow.
