Walking into and out of the theater on Sunday as a health hazard. I fell into a seat and Nsaw two people do the same. Ridiculous!

Mr. Brookes asst. manager at the Chandler Crossroads was rude and disrespectful to our family. We are long time patrons of this location and have never had a problem. My 18 year old daughter was denied buying her 15 year old brother a ticket to a rated R movie. Fine, we understand the rules. However, I the father of both these students drove down to the theatre and purchesed the tickets. Was then treated rudely, I had go inside, (I was not seeing the movie.) to ensure that my children with parental permission and properly purchased tickets were allowed into the movie. I had to speak to Mr. Brooks who acted as if Harkins never lets children into rated R movies. He continued to act as if He was doing us a favor by letting him in and threatened my son with removal from the movie if he talks or uses his phone. Which is of course acceptable and my son is always respectful in the theatre.
First of all don't take our money if you don't let children in rated-R movies. Second don't berate a parent that has already paid for the ticket. Third Mr. Brooks needs some customer service training. You really must understand we are very loyal customers to Harkins, especially that location. If continue to be treated this way we may start going to other theatres.
