NO return calls on blood work

I have no freaken idea what happen to this place. I had no problems before "covid" hit but Now...well..I cant wait to find another dr. I think this "pandemic" has made people lazy.


I have been waiting for test results since Tuesday when I call they always say I will give them the message, It is now Friday, NO RETURN call as of 5:45. Nevermind the fact the dr said she sent down the order for the lab work, when I arrive there 2 hours later they said they haven't received it and could I please get the copy upstairs, to which I had to wait for the chick to finish loading her printer paper before she would even acknowledge I was there! Nevermind the fact, there was NO one in the waiting room.
I don't know what happen to that place, they went from an A to an F in 1 year.
I miss my private practice Dr for sure!

Never have I ever had to wait this long for a simple test to be given to me

Incompetent workers and diplorable practice skills

I have nothing and I mean NOTHING good to say about Harrington Physician Services and their deplorable business practices especially at their Endocrinology practice in Sturbridge Mass. First of all, GOOD LUCK at trying to get through their "their horse and buggy" one phone line (literally) system. You can be on hold for trying to get through for anywhere from minutes (not likely) to hours if at all. If and when you get through their one line, I wish you the very best of luck of (hopefully) getting ANY message you want to leave through to them correct. I have tried on several occasions to get my scripts refilled and they screwed up or NEVER got them done at all. I asked them to change my pharmacy from CVS to a mail order pharmacy and they botched that up too,
Next I had an appointment there after they arranged for me to get an insulin pump and for me to get my training on the pump once it came in. I arrived for the training and they had me there for a physical...Nice! I even had to pay my share of the physical because I had already had my regular yearly one that my insurance pays for.
Next, they ordered the wrong scrips by their own admission which were billed to my insurance for $240.00. I have been attempting to recover this money from that office for some time now to no avail. However, the bill mentioned above to the tune of $100.00 came in the mail on a Friday and the following Wednesday I received a call from Harrington Physician Services stating that we owed them this $100.00 and we have received four (4) phone calls from them for this same bill even though it has been paid already.

I have told their practice manager (Maggie) on Friday, August 16, 2019 as well as (I assume) the receptionist at the site that as of that date I want NOTHING more to do with that practice that they are incompetent and are unable to follow any and all directions and I DO NOT feel safe there. No more business under my care is to be conducted as of that phone call.

However, later that day they must have realized their incompetency once again in failing to refill my script with the new mail in pharmacy and resorted back to my old pharmacy (CVS) because I received a call that my script is filled and waiting to be picked up.


Once again. Today, I received another call from Harrington Physician Services informing me that we have a $100.00 outstanding bill. The same thing with this office as with the practice office. Your chances of speaking with a human are almost NILL. I left them a message informing them that if I receive another call from them that I will contact the Massachusetts Attorney Generals Office for their annoying phone call practices since this bill is not even six weeks old, that it is paid and we have received at least four calls regarding this matter and that they have been told it has been paid.


I worked in medicine and managed a very busy practice and I/we would have NEVER have managed or ran our practice like this and survived. This is the worst run practice/business I have ever seen and can't believe they expect patients to be treated like this. For me, I want NOTHING to do with this place and if my money if not recouped from them in short order it will give me great pleasure to drag the names through the mud because they are just incompetent in running a business as they should.

I have never worked in a more deplorable work setting than this one. I came in as a temp, and although I'm permanent now, I'm still treated like a lowly temp. My co-workers two women, are "best buddies" and continually harass me, a male. One talks daily about her views on religion and politics as well as blasting Christian music throughout the day. She tells me to do things when she is not even my boss. She ignores my insight on new concepts hen takes credit as well as giving gifts and food to other co-workers while completely ignoring me. She constantly complains about her health issues and her "tough" past. My other co-worker complains and cries about her broken marriage and divorce on the regular to the point I want to throw up. Even worse, the management here will do NOTHING about it because she is also friendly with these impairing co-workers. I dread coming to work or even talking at work when I'm here. I am a recent college graduate male, there is a lot of age discrimination and sexist attitude towards males.
