I checked my account balance and previously it was ₹1016 but now I just checked it and balance is 0 rupees. It’s showing this is AMB charges, which i am unaware of. I’m not aware of these charges. Please help me.

I have an account with Hdfc and My account number is 50100031897613. They have done a hdfc life policy on 11/01/2016 at HDFC branch in una, Himachal Pradesh. I was advised that I will get all the documentation at home and get information in email as well. But I never received any communication regarding my policy from the bank. However, I was advised by bank staff that my premium will be deducted from the account automatically. But, next year they didn’t deducted the premium and since than I was chasing the bank about my policy.
And, most of the time HDFC customer care centres were denying about the existence of my policy. Even the bank staff in una was not helpful and make me sit in the branch for 1-2 hours to find out the details of my policy. And on 11/01/2019 I personally visit one of the HDFC life branches in Punjab and find out that some of the contact details were incorrectly entered by the staff of una branch. My policy Number is 18154115.
Moreover, this policy is discontinued, hence I wanted to refund the money and they are not refunding the money.
Furthermore, I stopped depositing money in my savings Account because I thought I have loose the 25000. Because I was not getting any details about the transaction from the bank. Therefore, my account balance is negative now. I want my Account in positive balance and want the refund of 25000.

I have opened account with hdfc, the person came to my office and opened hdfc savings account (asked for salary account). He told me after receiving the salary of 3 months the account will automatically become salary account. I trusted him and opened the account, after that I received 4 months salary to that account. It's not been become salary account and now my account is showing in negative balance of 3k around. I want to close the account. Please help me. I have contacted the respective person. I need to bring to your attention my experience as an HDFC Bank customer. I was using an HDFC Credit Card which is about 1-2 years old and due to some problems with the bank I had stopped paying the credit card dues. After about 4 months. Because I was  jobless for now and have no other mode of earnings. I have updated the same to the Collection department multiple times. But still I am receiving a harassing call from HDFC recovery executive his name is shoaib whose calling from  +911143161620 and he started threatening me. He claimed he is calling from the HDFC Legal team and said that I have dues which I need to pay and I informed him that I have already had a discussion for final settlement with executive but still he started threatening me that he has my home and office address and he is going to come and beat me and my family up and will ensure that I pay the amount or he will create problem. I am not sure what to do at this stage as I fear the way recovery executive has been calling and threatening me and calling my family members. They are using statements like “Go and commit suicide if you don’t have the strength to pay the debts”. These are not the only statements that the bank executive used, but were also accompanied by an offensive and abusive behavior and language, which is legally and ethically against the Human Rights and Indian Penal Code. I would request you to kindly advise if I should file an FIR against HDFC bank and Recovery Executive. I am not sure at this point how to get rid of this guy who has been harassing me. We hope that you take note of this experience and help us. Appreciate all help & support.They are mentally disturbing to my family, My mom is completely disturbed with there abusing & threatening statements. They started calling me & mom. I want them to stop calling I dont want any recovery calls from the bank I will have a discuss only with there Manager.Last at last i had a word with the mr. Naveen handa who is the manager of shoaib . I informed him but he said he will check and revert me back.

Wanted to share my grievance regarding to the harassment being done by one of your employees, Rajesh P, Jr. Manager, Begumpet Branch, Hyderabad ( that’s what he has said ).

Even if I ignore what has happened in the past week, today was the worst experience in my life being a customer for HDFC bank. Not only he has called 10-12 times today from landline ( 040-44619696; 040-66309730; 040-66872530 ), he has also called from a mobile number ( 91-9391380296 ) and even threatened me over the phone stating that he would blacklist me, make sure that i wont get any loans in the future, was threatening me that he would send people down to my place to make a scene at my door saying which he was reading out my address. I due to some unforeseen circumstance was not able to make the payment, which I know is my mistake. But when I told him that I am out of cash and would make the payment on March 1st 2013, he wouldn’t listen, threatens me and says that when you cant make payments why do you take credit cards and use them. This is the first time that I have heard such WORST STATEMENTS from any bank employee.

Yesterday he has sent 2 messages from a mobile phone ( which i have saved ), which I seriously doubt was a company phone stating that he was a manager and wanted me to make the payment. Which I think is not the right communication mode from a personal phone.
All that I ask is to stop this guy from calling and harassing me, I will make the payment on 1st March 2013.
