Uif is just not coming back to me, every time I phone, they need documents and then it gets uploaded, but every time it is something new, my claim was submitted on 07 March 2021, still waiting, on Sunday morning I received a sms that my claim was rejected without any reason why it was rejected, now this morning I phoned them and they locked a ticket again, but they can not tell me what the problem is and now I have to wait another 10 working days and everytime you have to wait 30 min before they get to your call, just want my money as we all struggle at the moment.
