To Whom It May Concern,

I would like express my disatisfactioin over the services and cooperatioin while taking the order at the drive-thru section at McDonalds (Petronas Petrol Station), Bandar Bukit Tinggi dated 25th June 2014, 5.05pm.

I have ordered 1 set of happy meal which comes together with a cup of drink (Coke), 4pcs nugget and fried fries. I also did ask for the availability of the Hello Kitty Circus theme, Animal Tamer. I have paid RM 50 for these two and balance is not correct and WORST is that they even forgotten to give me the Hello Kitty. I was about to turn back and I found that the lady who took the order did not key in the amount on the receipt. So HOW AM I GOING TO CLAIM????

I hope McDonalds Malaysia could get back to me and resolve this problem as soon as possible as I have been supporting McDonalds for years.
