Poor Customers Service

Re : Hello Mobile poor Customers Service from their Call Center in Manila.


Dear All ,

Let me share my extremely bitter experience with the staff of Hello Mobile in Manila. I first of all am eager to learn why Australian Business need to have a cal;l center in Manila that in my view is to minimise the cost and maximise the problems for its customers. From my very recent experience am force to conclude that Call Center in manila are a factory which produces Mental Illness and no one seems to care.
my wife had a number weith Hello which she charges 6-8 months ago. she decided to have that number re connected and i Contacted Hello agent in Manila on line whose name is Edward, seems to me a real nice young man who was eager to help. I chatted with him for an hour. he assured me that all is good number will be reconnected by next morning and some one will call me to complete the registration next morning, No one called and i rang was unfortunate enough to speak to an Agent crissie who was so rude, Aggressive , Unprofessional and incompetent that during the chat she hanged up on me which was quite insulting/upsetting and rhe lowest level of customers service which only happens in Manila Call Centers. I called her again and she will not respond tome and aggressively transfered my call to Dan which was so bloody rude. Now i decided to wait to speak to the agent i initially spoke with edward and after long chat he assured me all is good, number , took the details and promised to call me with in 1-2 hours whic he never did which was a Philpino style quite disturbing. i got hold of Edward again he apologised and promised to fix the problem and said, we chatted for a while at the end he said to send a Sim Card his supervisor Attalia want me to give him the Sim Card Number which was lost /misplaced 6-8 months ago. Hello Mobile had that sim card details oon their system but were asking me.

How can one remember the sim card number which was lost /misplaced 6-8 months ago. that shows the intelligence of the Hello mobiles supervisor. I got sick and tired and finally gave up. if Hello had a Call centre in australia there would have been no issue at all.
I real;ly like to ask Edward and his Supervisor why would they ask me for rthe Sim Card number which i told them was lost/misplaced 6-8 months ago. when i question if the supervisor would know the number of her sim card which was lost/misplaced 6-8 months ago there was no response.

I guarantee dear all that Hello call center in manila has lot of issues that includes bad behaviour.
I now will never even think of Joining Hello mobile and would ask every one to do their home work before joining Hello Mobiles. yes i accept there are good agents by in this case i feel i was deliberately harrassed due to the reason I have always raised my voice about the poor customers service in Manila , I understand they also have a call center in China which is even worse agentsa there can not even speak english when answer a call instead of saying May i help you they say may I hup you and funny part is when talking to an agent in manila instead of saying yes or no they say hooun hooun which is so unprofessional. I urge all please do not go foir cheap product like hello plans who are using Vodafone lines, Deal direct with vodafone who has significantly approved, better coverage excellent Customers service mainly in australia who can effectively communicate in english and are highly professionals. vodafone has got one of the best Sim only plan no contract, it gives you unlimited national calls, unlimited to any mobile in Australia and 300 International minutes free to any where in the world. it is only $5.00 diffrence but you get more and excellent Customers service. Hello has an Australian Manager in Manila who is responsible for the over all operation of the Customers Care team but has failed in his duty. I strongly suggest he should be removed from Manila as it is waste of Money. I strongly recommend any one planing to join Hello Mobiles please learn fro my experience Please jon an australia company based in australia so you can speak to your own peoples. I urge dear all to think twice before dealing with a business who has a call centre in Manila. i will not deal with useless, hopeless and incompetent agents. i will also seek an enquiry why One oif the supervisor sheila is given so much authority by the hello manager in manila. I am so angry with Hello due to what i was put through by Edward, Crissie and the supervisor attila. Hello Manager in Manila position should be reviewed along with his performance. I encourage all those who had a bad experience with an Hello agent in Manila to share here with every one. My experience Hello agents will promise a world and deliver nothing, do not return calls, hard to get through to the supervisors and mr Chris Palmer the Australian Manager does not take calls he is in fact there getting paid to solve customers problems but he does not talk to customers than why he is there. I will again encourage all those who had problems with Hello to lodge a complasint with TIO and also name and shame them
I sincerely hope that Senior management of hello mobile will seriouysly look in to this
