I just received the invoice and the charge on my credit card for the amount of 1,303.07 Euros, for the vehicle rental contract No. 340939852 that I made on 10/19/2019 in the city of Palermo (Italy).
The value charged is greater than what was given to me when I picked up the vehicle.
In this moment I was told that the total value would be 974 Euros including insurance and fuel filling. The vehicle was delivered full of fuel.
I need to clarify why the charge made to my credit card was for a higher amount.

I received a bill for $30.50 on invoice T162640 dated 24/10/2018. It says it is for a traffic violation but does not describe. I did not get pulled by an officer and never received a parking violation ticket. My rental agreement no: 347502385.

I traveled to Italy in Oct 2013 and made a car rental at Hertz of Milan Malpensa Airport, Italy. I received my credit card statement dated 27 Dec, 2013 and found that there are unknown charges made by Hertz Milan of Italy.

Same unknown charges for 3 times for me for Penalty Type: Verbale fine on line. No supporting documents and details.
