We hired a car from Hertz Milan in March (paid through Ryanair in December 2017) and the car was returned as agreed at the airport in Milano. The rental fee was paid in full amount by VISACARD. No further payments were demanded.

Nevertheless you charged our credit card two times with additional payment of 30,50 EUR. on May 2nd 2018 ???

Please, explain us the reason of these charges.
