unauthorized charge

unauthorized charge / Rental agreement No 34/1303060

We hired a car from Hertz Firenze in April 6th this year and the car was returned as agreed the day after 7th April. The rental fee was paid in full amount by MASTERCARD in April 2018. No further payments were demanded.

Nevertheless you charged our credit card two times with additional payment of 30,50 EUR and 31,00 EUR on 16.05.2018.
Please, explain us the reason of these charges.
