I have rented a car from Thrifty and My credit card was charged for amount of 97,97 € EUR which is expected and signed in contract.

The car was returned with full tank, without accident and without any fine.

Now I see an amount of 101,71 by Hertz Italiana ROMA. I have never been in Roma and didn't have any problem to pay for that.

I don't know why this amount is charged...???!!

Unfirtunately, this name is repeated on the internet and people complained about the same problem as me.

What should we do?

Unauthorised charge from Microfoft.
Please contact me on (+61) 407223005 asap to discuss illegal charge and reimbursement.

I hired a car from Hertz in the end of July this year at the Bari airport. The rental fee was paid in full amount by creditcard. The car was returned in due time as agreed. No further payments were demanded. However, as I have just noticed recently you charged my bank account with additional payment of 31 EUR. Please, explain me the reason of it. The date of charge is 22 November 2017 which is 4 months after I returned the car.

PS. First four digits of my credit card are 4246 and the last four 1475.

In July, at Hertz ITALIANA SPA ROMA IT I rented a car. The fee was paid in full amount on the place and the car was returned on time, no problems on the spot were reported. Currently, my creditcard has been charged € 31 for no reason. My card number is 4246 ... 1475.
Please give me the reason of charging my creditcard or an immediate refund of this amount of money.
