In the end of sept 2017 I rented a car from Hertz at the airport of Bari for a week.The car was returned in time without complaints.The bill was settled and paid shortly after returning home.Unfortunately ,I have thrown the rental agreement.To my surprise I See that Hertz Italiana Spa dec 28 2017 without any kind of notification has charged €30,50 on my credit card.Why?

I receive 3 fines - Administration FEE of 42.7 Euro each from Hertz July 2015 - their explanation letter is that the charge is for "providing my name and address to the city authority, this is an amazing SCAM!!!!! Just amazing Scam!!!

after almost year May 2016, I receive letter from the AUTHORITY OF PISA in Italian language something about paying between 100-200 Euro just for passing by in some neighborhood - this is biggest SCAM ever been made.

The letter also say I can appeal in Italian language - come on need urgent assistance!!!

Need urgent legal support at the earliest possible!! I received fines in 4 minutes!!! Difference

Please assist at the earliest - somebody!!!
