My wife filed for a rental car 7/12/2014 , after going there she refused the car rental and was told this would be taken off our charge card, that was three weeks ago. We have called a number of times and got nothing but a run around, and being lied to about when this filed. Since then we have had to pay the charge, which is running us very short on money because of a fixed income. Our calls have gone on deaf ear and arguing with the operators who won't listen to us.
