Unauthorised extra charge after 3 months

I have rented a car from HERTZ (Pisa Airport) in March 2018 for 4 days and returned it on time and with no problem. After 3 months I have received that they blocked on my visa 31 euros. Wonder what for? How I can stop this payment please?
