I bought hiiquote health insurance in October 2017 ,they gave me Ally Rx . I had use the Rx with no problem although my medication was not expensive and I could have purchased my meds on the 5-10.00 list.
Then I started going to dr. Appointments none of my hospitals had heard of this insurance,but still excepted my card,I paid 30.00 co pays at each visit. I needed some extensive medical care ,and when the dr. Office called to get the procedure approve hiiquote( lifeshield) denied the procedure.
My husband called the hiiquote and he was transferred from person to person could get no answers. So I called the next day to get answers and an approval,but was told they could no longer provide insurance and I was cancelled,no reason no answers just cancelled. I was advised to cancel my form of payment to hiiquote at the time by Ohio insurance representative I did so and by the next day hiiquote tried to withdraw their monthly payment from my account..
