I want to complain about my car registered number CDS 8408 which was under hire purchased with maybank kuantan branch.The car was purchased in 2015.During the first year the payment was prompt but due to economic break down the payment was delay and the payment was not prompt.The payment was still on until this year i have a hard time with my business and the payment was due for 5 months. On 27/4/2018 i paid the installment for 2 months. I had a negotn bank. The person who repo the car did not follow the procedure where they did not show their authority card and RO. I also feel dissapointed with the staff of the bank where we have negotiations for the payment before 28/5/18 but why on 22/5/2018 they released the RO? Is seems like we cannot trust the bank anymore. The staff who handle the file was Hanif and Farid. Now i have to pay RM5124 to take back the car instead of 1 month installment of RM817. Please investigate this matter because this is really a serious matter. I have lodged a police report on this matter. Thank you..I can be contacted at 012 9887378.
