I submitted a uif claim in july to claim for august but unfortunately i recieved an sms stating that itvwas cancelled so i went in to the dept of labour they said some forms werent recieved so i got the forms from my former work place to be sent to the department and i confirmed it was sent so nothing happened so i went in on the first of the 9th month to make a complaint .theres a procedure where u fill a complaint form and then the consultant then captures it on there system and then it gives a case number.The consultant ohones out head office to ask for the salary schedule to be emailed to him so he said ok within five days if you dont hear anything from him i must contact him,so its been more than 14 days now and i even went in on this past friday he said he recieved an email he will check and phone me back which he didnt im so disappointed with this person hes playing with peoples livelyhood my case number is 771222 AD Govender .
