Service Centre not give services

I entered into AMC on 17.5.12 from your service Centre Babylon Engg. Co. for my Split A.C. They took cash Rs. 3671-00 from me for AMC. They given attented my first complain while taking AMC. And again they attented two more complains. but now they are not attending our complain and telling us that they have not received our payment. please do the needful.
