Not working

Hi sir

My internet not work i am going to office i complain he informed me your current bill 1239 you paid 600 your internet work i paid 600 internet start but after one week again not work i am again go office and explain this ishu he ok don't worry now work so again start but now again not work what is this i am so hurt this problem i am paid all dues within 1 month please you start my internet .
