I bought a item in June I returned that item total 97 pounds around to the address they told
Me to they resived item back 5th Aug and I have not had my refund

I purchased a couple of rings from this company. I paid a lot in shipping costs and customs as I live in the UK. They arrived both faulty. I contacted the company directly on their website only to receive a threatening, rude and abusive reply. I was told to F**k off and was then told I was a B***h.
I was appalled and disgusted that this company can get away with doing business in this way.
They deserve to loose all their custom.”, disgraceful behaviour.

I was very disappointed in my first order with this company the item was cheaply made and flimsy It also came I'm packaging marked with a 10$ price when I was charged over 40$ for the item. When I complained I received very rude responses over and over.?They refused to do nothing to remedy the situation I have never filed a complaint about a business before but I'm extremely disappointed and disgusted by their rude response . Stay away and save yourself the aggravation!

Ordered an item from Homebellofor my husand's birthday.... never received..... e-mail sent it was shipped.... what a joke... they have no phone number- only e-mail which they never respond. Can't believe they are still able to sell with all the complaints.... they are STEALING people's money.
