I made an order for bedding on the homechoice app and proceed to checkout and they defucted the amount from my account.After which the were suppose to say payment complete and give date of delivery.In stead it said i need to proceed to payment again as i have abandoned my order.But how can i pay twice for the same order.I tried several times to email and contact them without any success. Im so frustated as i lost an amount of R1300 and some change.
I dont know how to solve this issue.Please assist.The need to pay back my money.
