They said I owe them R17337 and claim that I bought merchandise from them and was delivered in my house in Johannesburg. I informed them that I don't live in Johannesburg I live in KZN and I never ordered anything from them or anything ever delivered in my house. I was advised by their attorneys NRB Risk Solutions as well as Nimble Group to send affidavit for confirmation of what I was saying. I sent them the affidavit and it was in July 2019 but homechoice is still sending messages that I owe them. I tried to get hold of their legal department but no one picked up the phone. This worries me because my credit profile will be ruined. Please help
