I made a debicheck of R500 with homechoice on their online portal in February to start deducting at the end of February. I was shocked when they deducted R1224.86 off my account and when I complained about it, I was told that the account was no longer handled by them and that I should call this number 0315384000 to sort the matter out. I called the number and no body answers the phone. I was given a second number which is the company legal team 021 6801021, again I called and called and no one would pick up the phone. I then emailed homechoice complaining about their service and I got a response from a person named fawzia marcus on the 03/03/2022, who said I would get a call from their legal team department and till this day no one has called me and nothing has been done to rectify this debicheck. I can not afford to pay R1224.86 on this account as I am still tight financially and have other responsibilities. Can you please assist?
