Rear right-side turn signal flashing while engine stopped and car at lock

Upon contacting local honda agent they informed this is the first time they got this complaint, that only one light flashing, and this is may be due to Faulty Body control Unit, which needs to replace?

My car is 2017 model, which was purchased during Jan 2018, and the complaint started just after completing the warranty period .
