POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

DEAR WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I am writing this review to explain the BAD service i had at one of your brunch few days ago.

This is my first time plan to buy a Honda car although i heard and read alot of bad review and comments about Honda customer service buy i still want to take a risk and give it a try since is a present for my lovely mum, she loves Honda so much.

Unfortunately on 31st May at about 1pm, me and my friend went to one of your brunch - kah motor co sdn bhd (Tebrau), we served by one of the sales advisor name Danny Chan CK.

We would like to view the honda civic 1.5turbo spec, he told us with a impatient look and tone and told us that this car was running out at the moment and it will take about few months time if we want to order. Well since in that case we still interest with the model as i mentioned this is my mum favourite, we request to have a drive test for the test unit, and he told us in a rude way: 駕什麼,看看就好

Me and my friend was shocked although we already mentally prepare before we come but we dont expect its that BAD! He only INSTRUCT us to view the test unit without following us and prepare to give us some explanation when we need. He leave us behind like nobody business. And the worst thing is THE CAR IS LOCKED, so what he expect us to know better of the car model?Is it because of this is the service standard provided by Honda to all the customers? Or is it because of they have not enough of the test unit for customer to have their test run? Or this is only the isolated case that i received on this bad day?? Or because of he look down at us and dont even want to give us or Honda car service a chance for a brand new customer?? We are so surprised and disappointed with the sevice received from such a grand and well known brand.

Please do understand that i am a customer and i think we got the right to know everything we want to know. Seriously honda must take this into consideration since we are paying huge amount of money to buy their cars but being treated like this.

May i ask Honda Malaysia can give me a properly explanation for this case and this staff. I may look forward to your fast response within this week.
