Worst Car Service!!!!

Honda HRV

I would like to start with how disappointed i am with your service. These trips to Honda service center is unacceptable. My main income source is from MYGRAB occupation, and in between my car was sent to service center and with careless of fixing made my car even gets worst.

1st car service - To replace sterring ring rack and next day the honda center called me and said they don't have any special tool replace the sterring rack, hence they asked me to get back my car and i have been waited for a month when they call me again to fix the issue.

2nd car service - Sent my car again and they have replaced ONLY part inside the sterring ring rack (i have no idea what was it). After that they have tried and they found some noises then they had reported back to HONDA Malaysia to replace one whole starring ring rack.
The issue that i have after the fixes it made difficult to drive car as it made so stiff to turn my sterring. It also cause my hand ache due to stiff sterring which i have to turn right and left really hard for turning.

Now they have called me (30/01/23) bring back the car to service center to snap the images on my starrring. I have book the appoimnet on this Thursday for them to get the pictures. WHY THIS HAVE NOT DONE BEFORE? THIS IS ABSURD!
How many time of trips i should make inorder to fix my starring? HOW COULD I PROMOTING YOUR POOR BRAND AFTER WHAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED?

Endless Defects from HRV

I had addressed this to : MR Takahiro Hachigo & Katsuto Hayashi,
unfortunately they dont care to react like a Japanese anymore while they are in Malaysia >> Courtesy to address my defective HRV FAST!!

It seems to me it is a different HONDA than the 20 years ago HONDA that I used to own and service granted!

Now the strategy is to sell and problems address later, hopefully 9 out of 10 complaints will fade away after numerous complaints like me!

I bought the 1st batch HRV in Malaysia and, a R&D car, because I went to the workshop to test drive with Honda not less than 20 times since Mar 2015, on repeated issues and defects! The Honda service personnel without fail MUST follow the SOP of Honda to ensure all procedures are follow even attending to the same issues that was unsolved after more than 18 months! Of many other issues, they even need to change 2 times the axel to ensure they solve the problems, absorbers, ........ and dashboard noises that remain the same after 18 months attempts!
If all in HONDA follow the SOP so strictly, why are there so many issues from so many customers (I was told to wait to take my Q while they arrange things to solve my car issues)

Better still, the service man from 1800 88 2020 will ensure he said this: Please corporate with me and I will help you solve your issues.

He always stated I was not cooperating and then solve my issues and not ISSUES or Defects given to me by HONDA!!

Whenever asked if he cant solve the issues and address my grouses, please ask his superior to address the issues instead, his answer is always: I will handle your issues, still my issues by HIM as if he is the owner of HONDA. No one else higher need to handle me the “problematic customer” or no one else will know he CANT solve my PROBLEMS!

Promises after promises HONDA defects still exits. Till now after 2 and a half years... never feel of driving a new cars with one defects after another and parts being strips form the very beginning!

HEY HONDA CEOs, do you still have a little Japanese Integrity that can help to solve my problems from HONDA defects without asking me to drive courtesy cars that is good for scrap yards and not safe to drive? It stress me out every moment I spoke with “owner of Honda”

I was given to drive cars while they need my car in the workshop while reporting on R&D reports, that has no tread marks, no spare tyres, failed power steering while making a high speed corners, keys that stuck and refused to be ignited.
He even ask for a 2 weeks holiday of my car in the workshop to trouble shoot the defects and find my own transport because it was never HONDA problems as if I created the defects and plead him to help! How sarcastic !!

If I keep paying and changing a new car, why do you want me to drive these old cars and in total not less than 3 months. If that is so, why do I bother to change my old cars with new HONDA HRV?

HONDA treated me like an idiot and still think that Nazri will help solve my Predicaments! For what i know he was trying to buy time till the expiry of the warranty period.

NICE Honda Sales strategy on idiotic customers like me!
