Dear sir/ madam,
We bought a Honda Jazz WD445F from USJ 1 center, year 2016,which is still under warranty (5 yrs).The audio player Alphine brand screen goes off by itself. I made complaint at Honda service centre.
The player was removed and send back to manufacturer for repair.it took them 2 weeks to get it back. Item fixed and defect still persists.
Again back to Honda USJ 1 service centre.full wiring check done.player was again removed and send to manufacturer again. Item received after few days ,installed and defect still persists.
Got the service center manager Sara involved.he said e Mail send to Honda and a video of the defect has been recorded by Honda personnel and verbally I was informed then by the service personnel at Honda it will be replaced.
Next they called me and said the radio need to be removed and send to manufacturer again.i declined and said get me a new one as its still covered under warranty.
Honda declined to replace the player but insists to send it again to manufacturer.
As it gone to manufacturer twice and problem could not be resolved,would it be solved by going there for the 3rd time.the intigirity and the professionalism of the Alphine and Honda is to be questioned.
I hope Honda would be responsible enough to replace me with a new player rather than playing this cat and mouse game.
Wish they would be more professional and keep up to their warranty claims as promised when we bought the car.
Hoping that this issie.would be solved.
