BRV full of defects and bad service after sales
I've bought my Honda BRV in September 2018. The car is mainly used by me to travel only from office to home and it is always parking under roof all the time. Honda BRV is always been my favourite car and I've been taking good care of it all this while. Unfortunately, there were continuous manufacturing defects found since the 3rd month I bought the car till now. At first, it was central lock defect that locked my 3 year old child in the car for an hour. Then, came to fuel pump failure that caused me broke down in the middle of the road. After that, clear coat popped up on the roof. Since my car are under well care and parking under roof all the time it is impossible to get the bird dropping on it. I've sent the car to Honda Jimisar Kuching service center in Sarawak, where I bought the car and raised the complaint numerous time for all these issues. But the way how Honda deals with customer really pissing me off and makes me feel such a regret to spend my hard-earned money on buying this low quality car. I really disappointed and fed up with Honda for always keeping me waiting for weeks in solving the issues and even trying to shirk the responsibility by putting the blame on customer. If Honda can't produce a satisfactory product, please don't sell the faulty car to your customer and neglect the complaint that has been raised. I really hardly believe that I will find so many defects in a new Honda with not more than 2 years. The quality control in Honda Malaysia is really doing their lousy work.
The person in charged of my complaint at Honda Jimisar Kuching has promised to give an update personally after a week but I've not received any feedback from the person yet after waiting for about 3 weeks since my recent complaint on 4th August. After this terrible experience with Honda, I swear that this is my first Honda car and this will be my last Honda car! NO MORE HONDA for me!!!
