TO WHOM MAY CONCERN ,

Hi , I want to make a complaint about my vehicle HONDA CRV VTEC TURBO .My car plate no VAN6228 ,this happen since i months ago..My CRV bought on Sep 2017, but not enough 1 years my car already got few problem

1) Accelerate pedal noise when press and release padel
2) Got abnormal klak sound when turn right or left steering

I have send my car to Honda Service centre at Semenyih but they want me to leave my car on there for few days to check on it , this is make me so inconvenient and i asking them to provide me the temporary car but still no feedback.Kindly provide me the value answer as soon as possible.
