Poor service

I had my Honda CRV service regularly in this service centre. Last few months during my last servie, I was told that an expensive part was spoiled and need to be replaced, orelse it will be dangerous on the road. The service officer told me do not drive for long distance. I was waited so long for them to call me back once the spare part arrive for replacement. after so many months finally i called up 2 days since no one bother to call me back. I spoke to a lady named Hanim, she accused me that I did not place deposit and that was the reason the spare part was not ordered. How do I know I need to pay deposit for ordering the part?????????? then she suggest to inform back the service officer Mr Nazrul to follow uo this matter. I had been waiting since 2 days ago, no one bother to call me back.
