I purchased A CB Twister on may 25th 2011, now it giving some sound near the engine . I had my 3 service done from honda show room
after that i changed the oil for ever 100 km. my problem is that the service centre is tell it has some issue in theengine how a one year old bike give sucha a problem i dont drive my bike above 60 .i trave 40 km up and down daily. i dont want to replace any part or things how can a bike get such a problem with regular maintance i am not ready to pay any thing more .. pls see to it or else i would be a big issue i am not at all happy with the service of honda .. waiting for ur reply

Dear Sir,
I am an M&A Analyst in an MNC firm in Mumbai.I had given my bike for free services provided by HONDA at PILOT HONDA-CHEMBUR on 5th May,2012. At the time of taking the delivery after the servicing I noticed oil on my front shock ups which I showed to the manager immediately.He told me that is the extra oil which is coming out but when I reconfirmed it with local mechanics than I came to know that they have broken my OIL SEAL.

I have mailed them and also called them but no courtesy to revert back.And when I called them today they are telling I will have to pay for the damages and they are not ready to accept their mistake.

So,Kindly help me in this situation.
