I'm a tenant and have been stayin 3 years in No. 16, Jalan Pandan, Stulang Darat, Johor Bahru Malaysia 80300, my landlord is a china woman, i had a chat with her and asked if it is enough just by collectin rental and she told me she is a overstayed visa and collect fees by helpin vietnam and foreign worker with passport issue..
