Broken Vanities

I ordered vanity with sink back in august and it came damaged. Sink was broken vanity door was damaged as well . Now they have been reviewing the pictures with merchant for past 2 weeks , and I keep on sending them emails, they don’t respond.
This is very frustrating since constructors can’t finish bathroom because there is no vanity.
