Is not a good computer

I HATE THIS COMPUTER. IT WORKED FINE FOR 2 YEARS THEN IT STARTED DOING DUMB THINGS. BOUGHT THIS PIECE OF CRAP FROM BEST BUYS, , , , , WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HP OR SPEND MY MONEY AT BEST BUY

I know this model pretty well and I can tell the problem is between the keyboard and chair, Sounds like your run of the mill ID10T error
