Chargeback adjustment after 6 month
We calling & seeking advise from HSBC for making the dispute form. Dispute amount S$600 received in our accounts on Mar'16.
Unfortunately, HSBC after 6 month sending us the letter, mentioned that the dispute cannot be raised & make the adjustment in our accounts after 6 month.
Tired calling & sending the letter to them, many excuses to delay the process. To avoid the bank charges & financial charges, we force to paid it before the due date.
Keep calling & sending the letter again, the staff asking us better to solve it with the Merchant directly ourself. The ball pass back to us....
How we dare & believe we protect on purchase? Why check already, after 6 month still need to check again....
This the way they slove & give us the excuse.
I totally not agree HSBC refund the dispute amount to us & charge back us after 6 month still need to check check check again.
