Shipped to the wrong address

Ordered fire extinguishers back in early August lost track of the order just recently call to see what the status of the order was and I was informed that it was shipped to a different in dress when I tried to resolve the issue all I got was well you ordered it online and you made the mistake so you're out of luck I think this is highly irregular I think they should at least try to investigate not dismiss me out of hand but this is HSN I would not buy anything from HSN again go on Amazon!

Stolen package

I WAS FORCE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT...THEY RIPPED ME OFF! NOW I'm STUCK PAYING FOR A LAPTOP I NEVER RECEIVED. I PLAN TO SHARE MY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TO ALL. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

I WAS ONCE A LOYAL CUSTOMER...NO LONGER I REFUSE TO ACCEPT GIFTS, OR WATCH HSN ON TV.

Customers

I worked as a service rep and reading these complaints makes ne laugh. I know for sure you have never ran a business of your own and never think that you are the cayse of your own suffering. There are things called policy and these policies are made to protect a business from greedy, self-entitled nuisances that will argue over a nickle that they never deserved in the first place. Try for 1 minute to put yourself in the shoes of a representative as your calling them about your b.s. self induced problems and wonder in amazement at the patience and good heartedness of the peoole who genuinely want to help you. I quit because I deserve better than the incessant squabbling and hostility of narrow, blind sighted, greedy, narcissistic, lying, fraudulent customers. Thank God Im out of that stupid call center.

Hostess

One hostess laughs at everything likes she's drunk all the time. And two of them are definitely anorexic. Awful to look at. And the lies! Returning stuff and paying for it only to find out you never get full refund ever unless it's defective. Rip off. 00051

Packages

I ordered many packages from hsn they screwed up big time with the address i did ordered online but i did deleted my old address and put my new address some things was sent to my old address some to my new address and some things were sent back to hsn they never want to take the blame for their screw up!

They cancelled my order

I have ordered lots of items from HSN in the past I am even paying some flex pay on a few makeup items that I have received in the last 2 months I always thought of HSN and a life savor of getting stuff that I really did not need but really wanted well I had ordered a set of makeup brushes that were 185.00$ and that went through just fine but later in the day I went to go check and it said it was on back ordered I don't want to wait till the day before Christmas for this item so I canceled it and ordered my son a tablet and they took the money out of my account and everything was fine then about 2 hours after making the ordered I see that they cancelled my tablet and I called to ask why this was and they told me they would send me a email with a code on it and I would have to call back with this code to verify that I am me pretty much well as the day went on I was thinking well that just don't sound right so I called back in again to get a gentleman that says that was a lie and he is unsure of why the other woman I spoke with told me that that ti would be getting a letter to tell me they denied me for flexpay on the tablet that was 44$ cheaper then the brush set I was just fine with getting so I don't like this at all it really seems like discrimination if you ask me you can't say you get flexpay on everything then come back and say nope never mind sorry your not good enough for this item now maybe if we were talking about a 1000 dollar tv are something but for a tablet that is not even name brand and only 145$ I can really understand and they really need to have a big meeting so they don't tell people the wrong information I am happy this happens though I went to QVC and got my son a really awesome iPod touch 6th genartion for cheaper flex pay and it's a name brand item that I can spoil my baby with for Christmas

Ordered a Circuit machine

I ordered a Circuit machine back in September,item was on backorder they just pulled money from my PayPal account and come to find out they cancelled the order the same day,i called PayPal to stop payment because the order cancelled.. they are stealing money people!!!!!

Returns

HSN is the biggest ripp off liars ever. They tell you if you don't like anything just return it, no problem. BIG PROBLEM! In 2011 I lost my job, before losing it I had ordered a bunch of things from them. I realized when I got them, I couldn't afford them since I had lost my job, so I didn't want to owe anything on easy pay. So I returned all of it...didn't owe them a dime. Finally got a job and tried to order something from them and they said "your account is closed for returning to many items" really. They were so rude and I explained why I did, they could care less. Rudest customer service ever...I've heard they do this a lot to people. They should really say don't return to much or your account will be closed. QVC is the best, customer service, polite operators, etc. Never have I had a problem with them and I returned a lot to them. HSN just says to bad once we close your account it can't be reopened. I could see if I owed money? They stink!!!

Refund

I returned a tablet within a week and a half of having it. I had trouble seeing the screen. I have ms and optic nerve issues. I explained this when I ordered it and was told there would be "NO" problems returning it as long as it was within 30 days. Well I have been waiting for my refund, sent 2 emails, called, and even had a chat session online with an HSN employee. First they told me they could not do my refund because they could not get around their system, it was having a problem. I asked them if they could please use a different system or let me chat with a supervisor. They said No and that supervisors do not chat with customers. I kept bugging this person named Jeri. then they said they finally got around the system and they did my refund but put it all on my bank and said it would be up to 72hrs. I have Never had this problem with Any other company. this is the first return I have had with HSN. But any other company that refunded me it went right into my bank and I did not have to wait. I feel like they were just lying and telling me different things to shut me up, NOT GONNA HAPPEN! That is MY money! I don't play games and I am Very Upset! I will call the BBB if it is not there by tomorrow morning! I sent an email to my bank already. I have read pages of complaints against HSN and do Not plan on doing anymore business with them! They are Not going to keep my money and they better think again if they think I will give up!
