I had Hughes Net installed August 16 or 17th and I had to call them EVRRY DAY from the time it was installed, because I got NOTHING!! So finally I canceled their service on August 24th… After trying many times but they would just offer things that would help with my service!! NOPE still no service.. Sent out another technician and he changed the modem and NOPE still nothing!! So they were going to make me pay to send it back after NEVER having any service which I refused and told them they would send me a prepaid box.. Which they did.. Now I have pictures of everything I returned and they received the box.. Well few weeks after receiving the box they wanted to say I did not return the modem.. Now what good is the modem going to do me when it NEVER worked?? Finally on September the 16th at 3:43 p.m I was able to speak to a supervisor who’s name was Andy.. He told me that everything was good and I would have no more problems.. Well today is October 14th and I received a text saying I had 45 days to return the modem or I would start being charged for the equipment.. So again at 10:30 a.m I called spoke to a lady named Grey.. Now she has assured me it’s all been taken care of and I would not receive any more text and I will not be charged anything.. Sadly I have a feeling this is not over.. How do I stop this???
