July 20 - Debit card destroyed because of unauthorized charge. Told by local branch 7-10 business days from that day card would be received. Jul. 31 - card not received; told by local branch 10 days was Aug. 3 and to call Aug. 4. Aug. 5 - Called corporate and told 10 days was from day card was sent and on July 22 and to call Aug. 6. Aug. 7 - called and told card would be cancelled and another expressed to be received nlt Aug. 11. Aug 13 - At 10:40 called corp. and told card was never sent. Card would be expressed and received nlt Aug. 14. Aug. 14 - Called corp. to say first mailed card was received. Aug. 15 - called corp. and was told card wasn't sent until Aug. 14 because I didn't call until then (I have the Aug. 13 call on my phone). Aug. 16 - rec. text from Huntington saying a new card was mailed, which I didn't ask for and no one told me about. So the cycle starts all over again. I have been without a debit card for 4 weeks and all I receive from Huntington is one lie after another.
